The Views from an airplane can be quite spectacular, if you have a fairly clear window, photography from 30,000 ft can be a lot of fun and good images can be acquired, if the right technique is used.
Use fast shutter speeds and get your lens right up against the glass. Think about that composition and horizon before pulling the trigger.
